Classes

Jennifer is very proud of her pottery work and always willing to help others learn about her craft. She has been teaching pottery for over 30 years to both young and old, first-timers and the more advanced. Jennifer teaches students the entire process - from a piece of clay to a magnificent artwork from the kiln, Jennifer uses both electric wheels and kick wheels, also giving her students experience at hand building. With a diploma in Ceramics and over 30 years experience, everyone is sure to gain from Jennifer's pottery classes!

Pottery classes are available all year round and are not dependent on the school term. Presently, adult classes are run on a Wednesday night for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. 

Days and times are flexible according to class sizes and requirements, with sessions generally requiring a minimum of 3 students.

Pottery classes for children are also available, generally on Saturday mornings, however days and times are similarly flexible.

Aware of the inflexibilities of daily life, Jennifer is always willing to let you make up a missed class!

Six-week courses start at $102, however single sessions can be also arranged with Jennifer at a negotiable price. This cost provides the student close direction and supervision and includes all tools and equipment used. Producing finished products that require firing may incur a small cost to help Jennifer cover firing a kiln.
